Zester

We love to cook so non-toxic cleaning tools that are made of sustainable materials are important to us.

The frame of this zester is made with organic moso bamboo. Although technically a grass, the bamboo fibre when mixed with resin and starch make it as durable as steel.

The entire zester is BPA, Melamine, PVC, and Phthalate free, and is completely biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable.

The zester is ideal for zesting citrus or grating hard cheeses (parmesan!) and ginger.
